My name is Deanna Merrigan and I am an oil painter, watercolorist, author and all around creative soul. I love seeing color in everything in my every day life. My journey has been about learning to take a moment to really see; and then get it down onto canvas or paper, with a brush or pencil, for all to enjoy.

ROOTED RENEGADE

My alter ego is Renegade; with a bit of hippie thrown in. On the outside I’m rooted, strong and capable. On the inside, I’m a bit wild, carefree and unsure. Here I am learning to be a rooted renegade.
